Wholesale Team Apparel FAQ
Everything resellers, retailers and dropshippers ask before placing their first wholesale order with us.
Ordering & Pricing
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
10 pieces per design. You can mix teams, styles and sizes freely inside one order — the 10-piece minimum applies to each design, not to each size or each team. Sample orders from a single piece can be arranged if you want to check the quality before committing.
Do you offer sample orders?
Yes. We would rather you check the construction before placing a bulk order — order 1–10 pieces of your top picks, photograph them for your own listings, and decide from there. Sample pricing is quoted separately from bulk pricing.
What does it cost per piece?
Pricing is quoted per order rather than published. Unit cost moves with quantity, print method, garment style, size range and destination, so a published number would be wrong for most buyers. Send us the styles and quantities and we will come back with a priced Proforma Invoice.
Can I mix different teams in one order?
Yes, and most buyers do. There is no team-level minimum — mix racing teams, clubs, seasons and styles in a single order. Example: 10 Ferrari polos + 10 McLaren tees + 10 Real Madrid baseball jerseys is three designs at the 10-piece minimum each.
Do you offer dropshipping?
Yes. For each order on your store, forward the address and the design reference, and we ship direct to your customer in neutral packaging with no supplier branding and no supplier paperwork inside. Suits testing demand before you commit to stock.
Payment & Trust
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank wire, PayPal, Western Union and USDT (TRC20 or ERC20). A Proforma Invoice is issued before payment as standard — ask for it if we have not already sent one.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes. PayPal is the usual choice for sample and first orders because of the buyer protection it carries. Card and currency-conversion charges apply on PayPal transactions; a bank wire is cheaper once an order is large enough for the fees to matter.
Do you accept cryptocurrency?
Yes, USDT on TRC20 or ERC20. TRC20 has much lower network fees and settles in minutes. Other coins can usually be arranged on request, but the rate has to be locked at the time of payment.
What is your typical payment term for large orders?
The usual B2B split is 30% deposit on order confirmation with the 70% balance against the tracking number on dispatch. Buyers who have completed several orders with us can discuss other terms.
Production & Customization
How long does production take?
Blank stock ships in about 7–10 days. Orders carrying custom name and number printing take about 10–15 days. Add courier transit on top, and allow extra time around a season launch when the whole market is ordering at once.
Can I customize shirts with names and numbers?
Yes. We heat-press a surname of up to 20 characters plus a squad or driver number. Standard placement is the name across the upper back with a large number below it, and optionally a small number on the front chest. Quoted per piece on top of the garment.
Can I add a sponsor logo or team logo?
Yes — either an existing livery mark reproduced from your reference, or your own logo. Your own logo needs vector artwork (AI, SVG, EPS) or a high-resolution PNG on a transparent background. Send the file and we will confirm what it needs before quoting.
What size range do you stock?
Adult S through 4XL on most styles. Kids sizing and women's cuts vary by design, so ask for the specific style you are interested in and we will confirm exactly what is available.
What is the fabric quality?
100% breathable polyester knit at 160–180 GSM, with sublimated or embroidered graphics and double-needle stitching. Heavy enough to hold its shape and colour through repeated washing. Player Version — a tighter cut with mesh ventilation panels — is available where the source stocks it.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
DHL door-to-door runs roughly 5–8 days to the US, UK and Western Europe, 6–9 days to Eastern Europe, Australia and the Gulf, and 8–12 days to Latin America, Africa and South Asia. You get the tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch.
Do you ship DDP (delivered duty paid)?
DDP is available for most US, UK, EU and Australian orders, so your customer sees no duty or VAT charge at the door. It is not automatic on every lane — tell us the destination country and we will confirm whether DDP applies and quote accordingly.
What carriers do you use?
DHL Express by default, with FedEx and UPS available on request. Above roughly 100 kg, sea freight LCL or FCL is substantially cheaper per kilo but adds 25–40 days. We will price both if the order is big enough for it to matter.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every shipment gets a carrier tracking number within 24 hours of dispatch, sent to you on WhatsApp and by email.
Returns & Quality
What is your return / replacement policy?
If something arrives faulty — a printing error, wrong size against what was ordered, or a fabric defect — send a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will replace it or credit your next order. Buyer error on sizing is not returnable, because international return freight usually costs more than the goods, so check the measurements on the size page before ordering.
How do I check quality before placing a large order?
Order samples of your top three to five styles first. Wash one at 30°C and tumble dry low, then look for colour bleeding, print lifting and loose stitching. That single wash cycle tells you more than any specification sheet.
Are these licensed team products?
No. We produce and supply factory-direct team apparel. We are not a licensed merchandise channel and we do not issue branded hangtags, licensing paperwork or authenticity certificates. If your business model depends on selling licensed product, we are not the right supplier.
Season & Stock
Do you stock the current season range?
Yes — the catalog tracks the current season for both the racing teams and the clubs, and it is refreshed as new designs come through. Check the season filter on any team page, and ask if there is a specific design you cannot find; unlisted stock is common.
When should I place a season order?
Ahead of the demand peak rather than during it. Production slots fill up as a season approaches, and courier networks slow down at the same time. Orders placed in the quiet weeks ship faster and are easier to get onto a plane.
Which teams sell best?
It depends on your market, not on us — a team with a large diaspora in your country will outperform a bigger name without one. Look at what your own customers ask for, then start with a narrow, deep buy on those rather than a wide, shallow one across everything.
